Built the single (transparent) system of financial and managerial accounting and reporting at the plant and subsidiary companies. Organized the system of supervision of expenses, mechanism of planning and supervising the implementation.
Worked out and implemented the mechanism of consolidation of managerial reporting at the enterprises of the group. Managed the financial department of the plant, accounting department and IT department, finance-economic department of Kiev and Swiss offices. Managed the cash and assets of the. Optimized the work of the plant in crisis period. Dealt with the creditors as to the prolongation and installment of the accounts payable. Worked out the methods concerning the defense of property when it is the threat of bankruptcy.
